ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a receptionist with Laurie Leon - State Farm Insurance, you will successfully use your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a receptionist with Laurie Leon - State Farm Insurance, you will successfully use your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, relationship building process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Proficient in Outlook
- Work with the agent to communicate useful information to our customers.
- Work with customers to communicate insurance billing and insurance claim solutions.
- Develop relationships between the agency and the customer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting quotas preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

- Our office is located in Frisco, Texas.
- Our office is open Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm / Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm .
- I am a proud graduate of Purdue University.
- We have 41 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Bronze Tablet
